Our products originate from a variety of locations across the United States.

Much of our Apparel, Accessories, and Printed Planners ship from Charlotte, North Carolina.

Our Athleisure Collections ship from Los Angeles, California and Mexico.

Currently, there are NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES or REFUNDS for our Digital Products. 

All Apparel; excluding Swimwear; and Printed Planners can be returned or exchanged. Please contact customer service via the Blue Chat Bubble on our website, the Contact Us Page, or via email at Contact@designedforagents.com in order to initiate a return or exchange.

*NOTE: All returned products will be put through a quality inspection to ensure their ability to be re-stocked. Products with damages will not be eligible for exchanges or returns – and will not be eligible for refunds.

Once you've completed check-out you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include a link to check on the status of your order. 

Please Note Processing Times before Shipping Times:
- Digital Products - Fulfilled Immediately (within 2-10 minutes)
- Printed Planners - Fulfilled within 1-3 Business Days
- Apparel - Fulfilled within 5-8 Business Days
- Accessories - Fulfilled within 3-6 Business Days
- Athleisure - Fulfilled within 8-12 Business Days

The Real Estate Agent Planner Pro sells out quickly during the holidays, and is fulfilled within 1-3 business days. Our Standard Shipping option delivers your planner order within 5-8 business days.

Based on these timeframes we recommend placing your planner order as soon as possible while supplies last.

Planner orders placed before December 21st should arrive before January 1st – barring any shipping delays on the part of USPS. 

If you'd like to opt for Express Shipping, please review the options available to you at checkout when placing your order. We will process and ship orders as quickly as possible – we know receiving the planner before New Years Day is very important to you...which means it's extremely important to us!
