Order Processing F.A.Q During Covid-19

There is a lot of uncertainty in the world right now and one big question on the minds of our community here at Design For Realtors is how Covid-19 may effect ordering processing and shipping times.

At the start of this pandemic we were not experiencing any delays with shipments or order processing. As we've entered into the month of May we have been informed by our vendor partners and by USPS that order processing times and shipping times have been affected by Covid-19.

What Does This Mean For My Orders?

  • SAFETY: Our vendor partners have added additional precautions to ensure the safety of employees at our warehouse and the safety of the products being handled.

  • PLANNERS: The Real Estate Agent Planner Pro is shipped from New York within 24 hours of placing your order. Delays to these shipments are due to volume of shipments being handled by USPS and are outside of our control. If you have questions about your tracking information, please click on the chat bubble on the bottom right side of our website to speak to customer service. Our team is ready and able to assist you daily.

  • APPAREL: All apparel and accessories are experiencing delays in processing. We appreciate your patience during this time. Our team is working as quickly as possible to get orders safely processed and shipped.

  • DIGITAL PRODUCTS: These are unaffected by Covid-19 and will always be provided by email immediately after checkout. 

How Do I Find Out About My Orders?

  • All physical orders are provided with a shipment tracking number once they are processed, packaged, and shipped. We appreciate your patience during this time.
