This was a hard truth Alexander Fazelani, Co-Founder of Designed For Agents, learned early on in his real estate career back in 2013. As his experience level deepened he found mentors, gained success and began growing a team of his own with the intention of sharing EVERYTHING. No holding back the "secrets to success," but instead sharing the strategies that worked with anyone open and willing to learn. That mindset would become one of the guiding lights for Designed For Agents in 2019 alongside his wife and business partner, Amanda Fazelani. Together they began hosting free educational trainings across brokerage offices with the sole purpose of helping other Agents & Brokers master skills that will help them succeed!

In 2019 Amanda noticed Alex had 3 different daily planners and none of them tackled both his business and his mindset in one. She asked him to sketch out his version of the perfect planner for a busy real estate broker, team leader, and positive mindset person. Together they created the Real Estate Agent Planner Pro and went on to launch Designed For Agents. Over 15,000+ Planners have been sold, and five years later this company still thrives off the original guiding light of Collaboration Over Competition.
